What type of lashes do you use?
A variety of faux eyelashes. We have picked the softest and most lightweight lashes in the market. They do not lose their curl or colour. Each eyelash extension comes in various curls, colours, lengths and thickness to give our customers a unique set of lashes to complement their eye shape and create their desired look.

What is the difference between Natural and Xtreme lashes?
There are two different lashing techniques; Natural and Xtreme. Natural lash extensions involve a technique in which one extension is applied to one natural lash creating a perfectly-applied mascara look. Xtreme is a technique in which we safely apply customised fans of lash extensions using 2-8 super fine, lightweight extensions per natural lash. This technique creates a full and fluffy lash appearance. Because Xtreme lashes are lightweight they can weigh less or equivalent to one Natural lash extension. Both Natural and Xtreme techniques add volume and length.

What if they get wet?
No problem, dive in girl! As long as you wait 24 hours after your appointment to splash around, water should have no effect on your lashes. We actually recommend that you wash them daily. There are a few things you should avoid and oil based products are on the top of that list. Any type of oil, natural or cosmetic, will break down your lash adhesive and cause serious lash extension loss. We also want you to be careful to not let salt water or chlorinated water set on your lashes for too long as this can cause premature lash loss as well.
-
How long will they last?
Infills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks. We naturally shed 2-5 lashes per day. There are many factors that affect the growth and strength of all hair including but not limited to genetics, cleansing products, seasonal changes, athletic activities and cosmetics. With proper application, lash forecasting, home care, products, and regular lash fill appointments, you can prolong the life of your extensions.
-
Will they damage my natural lashes?
There is no reason that lash extensions should damage your natural lashes if they have been done correctly. For customers who came from salons displaying “heavy-lashing” techniques that cause breakage and delayed growth to the natural lashes, we will recommend a removal and a lash serum for repairing before adding more lashes.
-
Why are they falling out?
This is totally normal and healthy. Our natural lashes shed anywhere between 2-5 lashes a day. Since the extensions are attached to the natural lash, they will fall out together. That being said, lash extensions should be filled/touched up every 2-3 weeks.
-
Can I have a reaction?
While reactions are not common, they can occur. If you notice redness or itching, this may be your body adjusting. However if this continues past the 24-hour period, please contact us. Please also understand that depending on the reaction, you may be asked to remove your eyelash extensions to avoid any damage to your skin and natural lashes.
-
How long does it last?
The lash lift can last between 6-8 weeks, depending on your hair growth, while the lash tint can last between 2-3 weeks, depending on your aftercare routine.
-
Is this treatment halal and prayer-friendly?
Yes, the lash lift curls your natural lashes from the base, making them stand out and appear longer. The lash tint uses henna to add colour to your natural lashes, making them more defined and making your eyes appear larger. It is perfectly wudhu-friendly.
-
Is the treatment suitable for everyone and all eyes?
The lash lift is not suitable for pregnant women due to the high chemical exposure involved. Additionally, customers with eczema on the skin around their eyes or those who have had any recent eye or eyelid surgery or embroidery procedure should not undergo the treatment.
-
Can I get a Lash Lift & Tint if I have very short lashes?
Our therapist will first assess your lash condition and consult with you before proceeding. Generally, even very short lashes can be lifted, but the effect will only be a slight curl.
-
Is the treatment safe?
Yes, it is safe. Some customers may experience mild reddening of the treatment area for a day or so, but other complications are rare. Bubble Gum Wax uses a machine that delivers light energy to the skin very gently and the hand-piece helps to extract heat from the skin for maximum protection when each pulse of light is administered.
-
Does Laser X cause cancer?
The light used in our laser hair removal treatment DOES NOT contain significant amounts of UVA or UVB that are associated with increasing risks of cancer.
-
How does LASER X hair removal compare with waxing?
LASER X hair removal produces longer-lasting results and targets hair even before it becomes visible. In addition, re-growth is usually slower after these laser treatments and is generally lighter and thinner in texture.
-
Why does it cost more than waxing?
The results are long-term. In the end, you actually save up to TWICE the amount you usually spent on shaving or waxing without the constant upkeep.
-
What are the body areas that can be treated?
Any body part is safe to undergo LASER X. For a full list, please refer to the price chart on our Services section.
-
Is it safe? Does it hurt?
Yes, Lash Regrowth X is a safe, non-invasive, and painless treatment that does not have any downtime or side effects. It works by using a combination of nanotechnology machine and eyelash serum to activate the roots of your hair follicles and provide nutrients to them.
-
Will I see immediate results, and how long does it take to see the full effect?
The results depend on hormones, and you can expect to see about a 20-30% improvement after one session. However, to achieve a lasting, fuller, thicker, longer, and darker lash appearance, it is recommended to complete a full set of 3-5 sessions within 8 months.
-
How often do I need to get the treatment?
We recommend coming in for the treatment every 3-4 weeks.
-
Can I get other lash treatments (extensions or lift) done while undergoing the Lash Regrowth X treatment?
While it is not recommended, you can still get your lashes done 2 weeks after each Lash Regrowth X treatment. However, this may affect the result of the hair growth.
-
How long does it last?
Eyebrow laminations typically last between 3-4 weeks, depending on your hair growth and aftercare routine.
-
Is it the same as embroidery or tattoo?
No, an eyebrow lamination is essentially a perm for your brows. It gives them a set, uniform shape for an extended period of time by using a setting lotion to keep brow hairs brushed up and lifted upward for about 6 weeks. Unlike embroidery or tattooing, which leaves permanent marks on the skin rather than just the hair.
-
Is the treatment suitable for everyone and all eyebrows?
The eyebrow lamination is not suitable for pregnant women due to the high chemical exposure involved. Additionally, customers with eczema on the skin around their eyes or those who have had any recent eye or eyelid surgery or embroidery procedure should not undergo the treatment.
-
Can I get an Eyebrow Lamination if I have very few or non-visible brows?
Our therapist will first assess your brow condition and consult with you before proceeding. However, if you have very few or non-visible brows, the result may be minimal, as the procedure is intended to perm and lift the brow hair.
